I brought my Mercedes GLC43 to East Collision Inc and couldn't be happier with the experience. Paul, the owner, is genuinely one of a kind. He's personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and has an attention to detail that you just don't find everywhere. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done, explained the process clearly, and never once made me feel like I was just another car coming through the door. He even gave me a full tour of the facility, which honestly blew me away. The shop is immaculate and stocked with the latest equipment. This is clearly a place where quality isn't an afterthought, it's the standard. The work on my GLC43 was flawless. The color match was perfect, the finish was perfect, everything was perfect. You'd never know anything happened to it. For a car like a Mercedes, you want someone who treats it with the same care you do, and Paul absolutely delivered that. Highly recommend East Collision to anyone who wants their car done right.

When I First Got Into A Accident I Didn’t Know What To Do Or Who To Go To That Will Repair My Car & Make It Look Brand New & Not Rush The Job Or The Process. I Started Off By Trying To Find The Best Body Shop I Could Find & I Came Across “ EAST COLLISION INC” & The Best Part About It, They Had A Website And It Had Very Well Detailed Information That You Rarely Or Probably Will Ever See. I Decided To Check Them Out & When I Got There I Was Impressed. I Met Paul Who Was The Best From Me Coming In To Me Walking Out. He Was Very Helpful, Knowledgeable And Thoughtful & Make Sure You Are The Same Satisfied Coming In And Out. I Then Met Amy Who Was Excellent As Well, Made Sure I Was Aware Of The Steps & Process As Well. Very Knowledgeable & Helpful. They Made Sure I Was Informed About My Vehicle & Have A Text Feature So You Can Text About Your Vehicle If You Have Any Questions Or Want Updates. Every Thing They Informed Me To Picking Up My Vehicle Have Been 💯 Percent. I Couldn’t Thank Them Enough For What They Have Done For Me And My Vehicle Making It Look Brand New Better Then When I Got It From The Dealership. Thank You Paul, Thank You Amy. I Will Be Referring, Can’t Thank You Guys Enou

Exceptional Service & Results – Highly Recommended! My car was hit while it was parked, and the entire driver’s side was badly damaged. I searched online for a reputable collision repair shop, and East Collision kept coming up with great reviews—so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Amy at the front desk is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Paul, the owner, was equally professional—he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. It looked like it had just come off the showroom floor—absolutely flawless work. Paul and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can truly tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. I am beyond thankful and grateful to have found this place. East Collision is in a league of its own—they knock the competition out of the park. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my great experience with East Collision. After an accident in NY, I was worried about finding a high-quality repair shop for my MB E400. I discovered East Collision through the MB Certified Collision website and saw they had excellent reviews. From my first call with Paul, I felt confident in their professionalism. Paul and his team worked with my insurance and thoroughly repaired my car, even involving Mercedes for a final check. The result was flawless, and when a minor issue arose afterward, Paul quickly resolved it with the Mercedes dealer (The front left sidemarker lamp malfunctioned, necessitating the replacement of the entire headlight since it is an LED unit, which is quite expensive). I'm extremely satisfied with their service and customer care. Paul is fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend East Collision, especially for Mercedes-Benz repairs. Thank you, East Collision!

My experience with East Collision was excellent. Paul and his team go out of their way to make sure you get the best quality service. Paul was very professional, he explained in detail the process of repairing my car, in addition handling and communicating with the insurance company. Paul provided transportation so I was be able to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. Also, getting and receiving updates on my car progress was very simple and painless. Overall, everything was seamless and I am very satisfied with the results of my car.I would highly recommend East Collision they are a 10 out of 10!!!!!!
